Donald Dwight

Executive Tax Director, EY

Donald Dwight has spent nearly 30 years serving the tax needs of his clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturers, media, software, biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Much of his experience is focused on corporate client needs, both publicly and privately-held, domestic and multinational. He has led a broad range of consulting and compliance engagements, including accounting method reviews, due diligence projects, restructuring for tax efficiency, IRS and state income/franchise audits and credits studies. Dwight is currently the executive tax director at Ernst & Young, and previously was the tax manager at Jefferson Wells International, tax director at RSM McGladrey, Inc., tax director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, and tax director at Arthur Andersen & Co., LLP. Dwight has led the Entrepreneur of the Year (EOY) Program in Austin, Texas, which recognizes Central Texas entrepreneurs.

He received his MBA from Michigan State University and his bachelor’s from Kalamazoo College. He is also Certified Public Accountant in Michigan, North Carolina and Texas.
